The only thing you need to make the hot sauce is a blender, and vinegar. Any size blender will work. I don't include vinegar in the kit because you probably already have some lying around, and the box just isn't big enough to fit all the vinegar you'll need! I do include a Vinegar Buying Guide which discusses the different attributes and uses of Distilled, Cider, Rice, and Champagne vinegars.
