What happens when I run out of peppers/ingredients? Reach out using the contact form, and tell us what you need, we're more than happy to send you more supplies. Actually, nothing would make us happier than to hear you made so much sauce that you ran out of ingredients!
Replacement Cost: We're not mean grumpy businessmen! A full set of replacement peppers is $10, a replacement bottle of Truffle Oil is $5. Depending where in the country you are, some peppers may be cheaper to buy at a store near you, so we'll also send a list places you can check.

Yes! Both the glass bottles and the plastic squeeze bottle are dishwasher safe. We recommend putting them on the top rack, upside down and inserted over a rack bar to keep them vertical during the cycle.
NOTE: Once you have labeled the bottles, the labels are NOT dishwasher safe. To wash a labeled bottle, fill bottle halfway with hot soapy water, screw cap on and shake for 15 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times.
