Truffle Hot Sauce Recipe. No life story or 4-page-scrolling-intro, just the darn recipe. Lets get into it.

The key to Truffle hot sauces is medium heat, and a touch of sweet. Sweetness is used to bring out the Truffle flavor, and balance some of the heat. This recipe uses Honey, but you could also use Agave, Brown Sugar, or White Sugar with good results.
Note: You can make any hot sauce a truffle hot sauce just by adding a teaspoon of truffle oil. However, this works best with mild and smokey hot sauces. Sauces with Habanero bases will be overwhelmingly hot.
